- Emergency locksmith services (24/7 lockout assistance)
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.
Account Registration
Creating an Account
- You may create an account using your email or through Google OAuth
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Google OAuth Sign-In
When you sign in using Google OAuth:
- You grant us permission to access your Google account information as specified during the authorization process
- You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings

Booking and Appointments
Scheduling
- Service appointments must be scheduled in advance or requested for emergency service
- We will make reasonable efforts to arrive within the estimated time frame
- Delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances
Cancellations
- You may cancel or reschedule appointments with at least 2 hours notice
- Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee
- We reserve the right to cancel appointments if necessary
Service Confirmation
- You must verify your identity and proof of ownership/authorization before service
- We may refuse service if proper documentation is not provided
- Additional charges may apply for complex jobs or after-hours service
Payment Terms
Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. Final pricing will be confirmed before service begins.
Payment Methods: We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and cash. Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged.
Estimates: Initial quotes are estimates only. Final charges may vary based on the actual work required.
